What you will be doing

• Collaborating with the Head of Growth to develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the company.
• Inspiring and guiding your team to develop brand and communication strategies that position Paydora as the top contender for Embedded-Finance-Solutions in Europe.
• Owning the development of the company's brand strategy and positioning, supported by research and consumer insights. Ensuring alignment across the organization, including the vision, culture, product design, and go-to-market strategies.
• Leading the team in building an acquisition and content strategy that drives growth.
• Establishing a scalable marketing infrastructure, implementing processes and support systems to sustain high performance as the team expands.
• Creating compelling whitepapers and case studies that showcase Paydora’s expertise, thought leadership and success stories to establish the company as a trusted authority in the industry.

Who you are

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing teams and individuals, ideally across multiple locations.
• You possess exceptional leadership skills, inspiring your teams to achieve greatness and fostering a collaborative environment that breaks down barriers and promotes synergy.
• A deep passion for branding and creativity, with a keen eye for effective communication.
