About the role

As the Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our engineering team towards success. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions. You will have the chance to shape our product, create an Engineering team of true A-players and make a dent in shaping the Fintech Space.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, actively incorporating them into our engineering practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems and applications.
