What you will be doing
- Drive Customer acquisition growth in our markets and build your own pipeline.
- Help develop our growth strategy, execution and optimization of all growth initiatives in your market, through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines, with the focus on maximizing speed and effectiveness
- Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs
- Independently and proactively manage high-impact relationships with corporates within the EU
- Serve as the primary point of contact and owner of these relationships internally, while representing Paydora externally.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competition, customer behaviors, and Paydora’s positioning to generate key insights driving new product roadmaps in the core FinTech space.
- Shape business cases and projects focused on growth and optimizing profit and loss (PnL).
- Collaborate with the other streams to ensure the successful implementation of new product strategies aligned with Paydora’s rapid growth.
What skills you need
- At least 5 year of experience in Growth related environments
- You are extremely competitive and have a track record of being number 1
- You are a hyper-logical thinker and have a very strong attention to details
- You enjoy working closely with a team and it’s something you have done previously
- Hands-on mentality and a willingness to take an active role
- Strong execution skills and far above average drive
