What you will be doing
- Developing and optimizing scalable processes to support Paydora’s rapid growth trajectory.
- Leading and executing end-to-end core infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Assessing and prioritizing projects for the team, establishing clear timelines to achieve goals efficiently.
- Identifying new features to enhance the customer experience and drive seamless interactions.
- Managing vital vendor relationships and establishing performance tracking systems to ensure quality and reliability.
- Cultivating strategic partnerships within the supply chain, and negotiating favorable commercial terms to benefit the company's operations.
What skills you need
- At least 3 years of experience in Ops-related environments
- You are extremely competitive and have a track record of being number 1
- You are a hyper-logical thinker and have a very strong attention to details
- You enjoy working closely with a team and it’s something you have done previously
- Hands-on mentality and a willingness to take an active role
- Strong execution skills and far above average drive
- Analytical driven mindset, excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work hard in a fast-driven startup environment
