Our ideal candidate is an experienced, globally-thinking product designer and a natural hands-on initiative-taker. Your track record proves success and the ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments. You will lead and own the user experience design in one of our product initiatives, including conducting user testing, continuously evolving the User Interface and collaborating with our engineering team. Within all teams at Paydora, we foster and environment of open-mindedness, kindness and mutual support, always ready to lend a helping hand to one another.
⚙️ Our product stack
- Slack: As communication and collaboration tool, facilitating seamless communication between team members.
- Jira: As primary issue tracking tool. It allows us to effectively manage product backlogs, plan sprints, and track the progress of development tasks.
- Figma: As go-to design and prototyping tool.
- Miro: As collaborative whiteboarding platform. It serves us as a virtual workspace where we can brainstorm ideas, map out user journeys, and visualize complex concepts.
- Notion: As central knowledge base and documentation tool. It helps us capture and organize product specifications, user research findings, and other essential information, enabling easy access and collaboration across teams.
👟 What you will be doing
- Create visual wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Join the further development of our existing design system.
- Lead Design Thinking Workshops within the team, to empower ideation and innovation for our products.
- Collaborate closely with our product management, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product usability and user satisfaction.
- Monitor product design and key functionalities, identify areas for improvement.
